This is where deals die today. A buyer decides on a car, then spends three weeks chasing payslips and bank letters, and cools off. Collect it once, at leisure, before they've even chosen — and the paperwork stops being the reason they walk.

Trade-in is a lead source, not a service. People who would never fill in a contact form will happily photograph their car to find out what it's worth — and a valuation request tells you both what they own and what they're ready to spend.

The single highest-value screen in this whole build. An import takes six to ten weeks, and every one of those weeks currently generates anxious phone calls that a salesman has to answer. Replace them with a page the customer refreshes himself — and which he screenshots for his friends, because waiting becomes something to show off rather than something to worry about.

The cheapest sale a dealership makes is the second one. A buyer who came back cost nothing to acquire. Right now nothing in the business remembers them once the car leaves the yard.
